These Terms govern access to and use of the AegisEdge platform ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
AegisEdge provides reverse proxy, WAF, CDN, bot management, DDoS controls, DNS, SSL, alerting and security automation. Operators are responsible for correct deployment, origin security and lawful use.
You must own or be authorised to protect and test every domain you onboard. You must not use the Service to attack, intercept, disrupt, spam or unlawfully monitor third parties. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
Paid plans are billed per the pricing in effect at purchase. Where a payment processor is connected, its terms also apply. Taxes may be added where required.
No security product guarantees complete protection against every vulnerability, business-logic flaw or volumetric attack. Layer 3/4 mitigation requires upstream filtering, provider ACLs, anycast or scrubbing infrastructure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and liability is limited as set out in your commercial agreement. Insert warranty and limitation-of-liability clauses reviewed by counsel.
